For years we used a computer based box office system, however it was very hard to use and had poor facilities in terms of ticket layouts, accounts and marketing. After spending months of research into new software we decided on the Nortech system as it seemed to do everything we needed and actual y had many more features then some of the more expensive systems.
We have now had the system running for just over a month and we are delighted with the results. Our external clients and finance department find the reports the system produced extremely useful, the box office staff say it’s very easy to use and the customers seem to be very impressed with how quickly bookings can be made.
