Nortech Software - Box-office & Event Ticketing

The Nortech box office system has made a massive difference to our organisation. It is dead easy to train staff to use and we've received many complements about how professional it looks compared to our previous paper based set-up. We host around 40 events per year, with audiences of about 300 people per event - this box office system has allowed us to build a far closer relationship with our audience through targeting those who book for certain types of event. The entire team can't believe we lasted so long without a computerised set-up!

This is just to confirm that we, Winchester Cathedral, are very happy with your Box Office software which we have been using for concerts and plays since 1 May 2005. The Cathedral can accommodate over 1000 people for a concert, which we can manage by splitting it up into 3 sections each with its own price band. We use an Epson Stylus C86 printer for the tickets and an Epson Stylus CX 3600 for the envelopes. Printing takes a matter of seconds per ticket. We use the software networking facility both in our main office and at the Cathedral Entrance Desk where we sell tickets on the evening of a performance.
